Just trying to look for any negatives on it but so far only finding about the emissions thing (I'm in NJ) and someone mentioned there was more diesel smell that came into cabin.

The Dynamic tune does not rid you of these problems. The only benefit (if any) doing Dynamic over delete is that removing it requires another couple of miles driving for the engine to come up to full temp.
