Best birria I've ever had is from this truck. Got it for take out on a cold winter afternoon and it was still hot by the time I got home! The consommé for the birria itself has pieces of tender beef in it. My mouth is watering just writing this review. The tacos are perfect. Fresh toppings. Tender beef. And they had a birria ramen dish! So good.
