Cadillac confirmed failed valve in Engine caused catastrophic engine failure no other issues or damage and have all maintenance records. Still in shock I have owned many cars for 5 years but never seen anything like this with such low mileage or any mileage for that matter.

Our SRX is a 2011 model and we just recently started having issues. It has roughly 50k miles. - The Lift Gate - Just took the SRX in for an oil change. Once we left, we found two problems. The tire sensors were never reset and our lift gate started having problems. The lift gate would open part way and then go back down by itself. Another Window Problem: 2011 SRX. Front, Passenger Window only moves 1/4 to 1 inch after initial down travel. Both Switches, Drivers and Passenger side have the same result.
