So im been checking all the old forums and for staff people say Seer Staff which is a random drop is the best (max dps 115, 71 elemental damage and 1 dmg with 3 attack slots). While checking the Black Emporium i see Staff of Corruption which seems slightly better (max dps 125, 77 ele damage and rest is the same as seer).

Staff of corruption can get pretty beefy for raw damage. Highest dps Schematic, Tier 4, comes from The Descent DLC. Best Crit stats come from the Seer Staff, Tier 3, non-DLC.
