Ecobee thermostat not turning on

Second stage not turning on. I've got 3 ecobees each with a 2-stage AC unit. Today I noticed that 2 (or 3, I can't remember) of them displayed that they were running the second stage but I could tell that at least the fan was still running at only the second stage level. Pushing the temperature down further didn't help.
