Practically, no need to change shocks unless you want to or feel the need to. Since this is a Flareside, I'm guessing this is on an F150. If so, it has always been common practice on a 4wd to run 31 or 32 with stock or a leveling kit, and 33 with a 4 inch lift, and 35 with a 6 inch lift.
