Thanks for the response. I found out my router is just fine. But I needed a new modem for Gigablast. So I bought one from Amazon and it was delivered last night. I installed it this morning and Cox Internet apparently is having some kind of outage but I'm getting my regular speeds. They are supposed to text me when they have the outage fixed. If you’re in a fiber area, you won’t use the modem. Cox will come and install an ONT. BUT - you don’t need to rent anything from Cox. Your existing router will plug into the ONT, and that’s all.
