How to mix ortho ground clear

Ortho GroundClear (Triox) Concern. I spray to kill grass along a fence line, and also in landscaping to spot kill weeds. In the past, I've use Roundup, but on the advice of a guy at Lowes, I use Ortho groundclear (triox). I mix the concentrate, and went at it like the guy said, and then latter read the lable, and am now a bit concerned.
