So once you defeat the assistant manager in the Black Ant Lab, you get the assistant manager key card and a super chip. When you return that to Burg.l, it unlocks the oven (I think). When you go to the sandbox, you can find a lab there that you need the assistant manager key card to unlock, just inside is another Burg.l chip.
