The Idaho Transportation Department says the road was blocked between Spring Creek Way (five miles south of Horseshoe Bend) and Sportsman Access (15 miles south). The crash happened near milepost 56 around 2:45 p.m. ISP says one person was flown to the hospital and the other was taken by ground ambulance. Their conditions are unknown.
