Mar 13, 2019 · I was getting around 33-36 Mbps with the internet 45 plan. I called ATT and asked them to upgrade to Internet 75. They did change my plan and my account shows that I have the updated plan. However, I am still getting the same speed of 33-36 Mbps as before. The setup is the same.
