I found a YouTube video that I think shows me how to get the back cover off., Drain the oil out of the filter and dispose of it properly. Use a rag to remove any old oil, dirt, or other debris from the oil filter area. Place a few drops of clean oil on the rubber gasket of the new oil filter and then replace the filter. Replaced the idler pulley's on the deck. Nice and quiet now. Found that the governor shaft seal was the oil leak, or so far anyway, and replaced it. Dry around that area now.
