Spectres went from being a meme, to being good, to being insane, to being pure supportive unless you've got insane gear. I'm tired of them releasing 20 new spectres each League where 18 of those are dogshit and 2 of those are great, but supports. Guess they decided that pure spectre builds weren't allowed to exist anymore after we had our fun.
