Attached an image to show what I mean. I'm having this issue where Yuzu is showing every single add-on in the add-on list. I wouldn't mind if I could move the add-ons from the folder, but no matter what I do they do not leave the list. I can't find TOTK in my Steam Deck's Yuzu any more. I can launch it from steam deck gaming mode, and it even shows up in "recent files" on Yuzu, but when I try to add the directory or even just launch the game exe from Yuzu, I get an error: "The key area for this application type and crypto revision cannot be found".yeah, I dumped them to (my username)\AppData\Roaming\yuzu\keys whats interesting is that when I first opened yuzu I wasn't able to find any "keys" folder so i had to create it. If they are there, it could be a difference in the games version. There should be update file in the mod list. I think most mods work on 1.2.0, but graphic mods work for me on 1.2.1.
