Irassians are good for genetic ascension builds and amazing for post-apocalyptic origins. Vultaum are pretty decent in general. Yuht is probably my least favorite, Cybrex is probably best overall. Grunur is meh, Zroni is alright but synergizes fantastically with psionic. Whichever one gives the ringworld, Cybrex I think.
